Training-Description.
Here you will find some reference and stimulations for the training with our Wellness- und Fitness-Machine.
Please note some possible restrictions
further below.
Short Instructions:
- Unpack the equipment and set it up in dry place with stable, skid-proof
underground.
- Attach the equipment with a power supply plug to a 220-240V/50Hz
plug socket.
- Lay down on your back and place your legs on top of the mounting
plate of Chi~Pro®. The wrighting on the casing should show thereby
away from you.
- Select the time on the remote control. Start with few minutes.
Select the speed.
- Make your self confortable and lay down, relax and enjoy your Chi~Pro®!
- After the session is over, remain laying still for 1-2 minutes.
Do not speak and keep your muscles relaxed, simply focus on your body
feeling and enjoy.
Chi~Pro® is a Fitness and no therapy equipment. Nevertheless we
would like to make you familiar with some restrictions and references
for the use:
When you should not use Chi~Pro®:
- During a pregnancyt.
- With some heart diseases.
- Whith heavy Infekten or bleeding injuries.
- With Epilepsie.
- With Thrombose.
When you should use Chi~Pro® only under restriction:
- Please be careful with vertebrae problems.
- After a surgery or a bone fracture, please wait with the use for
at least three months.
- If there is any experience of pain by useing Chi~Pro, please
investigate the cause.
Please note the following as well:
- Do not use with a full stomach.
- If you experiance some headache during the training, you should
reduce the time and drink more water. This symtomes can be connected
with the release of some toxins.
- We recommend:Talk to your physician or therapist if symtomes apear.
